Airport Pick-Up Procedures
LaGuardia Airport Car Service
Every NYC airport handles arriving taxi, rideshare, and black car pick-ups differently, and LaGuardia, the closest airport to Manhattan and domestic-only, is no exception. After its $8 billion rebuild it has three modern terminals: Terminal A, the historic Marine Air Terminal with limited service; Terminal B, the large central terminal used by most carriers; and Terminal C, Delta's. With no rail link into the city, a car service is the most practical way to and from LGA. Dial 7's dispatch center stays in constant communication with LaGuardia, so the text or email you send fits your pick-up to your exact details: airline, arrival time, and terminal.
Pick-Up Locations
Dial 7 can pick you up at any LaGuardia terminal. Pick-up is on the arrivals and ground level of each terminal (A, B, and C), where the new terminal design separates car services from taxis and buses. Confirm your pick-up once you have your luggage, and your driver will text you the exact meeting point.
How a Meet & Greet Works
If you book a Meet & Greet (Select 7 Town Car or SUV), our dispatch team monitors your flight and sends your driver for the exact landing time. Because LaGuardia handles domestic flights, you have 30 minutes of free wait time before charges apply. The wait fee is prorated to the minute: $52 per hour for a Select 7 Town Car and $75 per hour for an SUV.
Curbside - Meet & Greet

Curbside PICK-UP Procedures:
Upon booking your CURBSIDE (outside) AIRPORT PICKUP, you will be sent an email confirmation with the link, “I'm Ready!” Tap this link on your confirmation email once you have picked up your luggage and are ready to leave the airport. We will direct you to a curbside meeting point, where your driver will meet you within minutes. No internet data? No problem! We will also send you a text message upon your flight’s landing. Just reply “Ready” to the text message once you have picked up your luggage and are ready to go! No phone or computer at all? The airports provide payphones for your use. JFK has pay phones at terminal 4 just after customs on the right

Inside (Meet & Greet) PICK-UP Procedures:
When you reserve an inside Meet & Greet available with our VIP, SUV, Town Car, Limousine and Van option, your driver will meet you inside the airport"s terminal. He will be holding a sign displaying your last name.
Please note: Meet & Greet services are not available at LaGuardia (LGA) airport due to ongoing construction. Domestic flights are provided 30 minutes of complimentary wait time. The driver meets the passenger with a name sign from the baggage claim area.
International flights are provided 45 minutes of complimentary wait time. The driver meets the passenger with a name sign by the welcome center.
Once the free wait time has expired, wait time charges become applicable. The wait time fee will depend on the vehicle booked and is prorated to the minute. VIP car class wait time charges are $52 per hour. SUV wait time charges are $75 per hour. Parking fees are applicable and charged at an hourly rate of $18. After your driver meets you inside, you will be escorted to your vehicle, your driver will load your luggage, and you will be on your way to your destination.
Passengers arriving on domestic flights have 30 minutes of free wait time. The driver meets the passenger with a name sign by the baggage claim. Passengers arriving on international flights have 45 minutes of free wait time. The driver meets the passenger with a name sign by the welcome center. Once the free is expired wait time charges become applicable.
The wait time fee will depend on the vehicle booked, and it is prorated to the minute. Parking fee is applicable.
Passengers wanting to cancel must do so 2 hours before the scheduled pickup to avoid any fees.
